Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@50store.in.

The request must include:

• Order ID
• Product name
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs or videos showing the defect, damage, or discrepancy

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for products that are:

• Damaged upon delivery
• Defective in manufacturing
• Incorrectly shipped

Cancellation of Orders
